TL331KDBVR Description
The TL331 comparator's successors, the TL331B and TL391B devices, represent a technological advance. With features like lower offset voltage, higher supply voltage capability, lower supply current, lower input bias current, lower propagation delay, wider temperature range, and improved 2kV ESD performance with drop-in replacement ease, these next-generation devices offer outstanding value for cost-sensitive applications. While the TL391B offers an alternative pinout of the TL331B to replace rival devices, the TL331B is an enhanced drop-in replacement for both the TL331I and TL331K variants.
