THL3514 Overview
As a result of its 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, it helps to save board space on the board. LED drivers design with 24 outputs.As far as mounting is concerned, Surface Mount is adopted.The system emerges as a Power Switch with high efficiency.-40°C~85°C TA is the operating temperature for the led light driver.Backlight, Signage has many advantages.This system operates at 900kHz frequency.It is inevitable that there will be undetermined failures when the supply voltage is less than 3V.There is a mounting of it by Surface Mount.The supply voltage of 5.5V is an acceptable maximum value.It has a voltage output of 35V.This model is designed to offer 5.5V as its maximum supply voltage.For stable operation, it is recommended that the operating temperature not exceed 85°C.As a condition for achieving stable operation, the operating temperature should be greater than -40°C.A component of the THine? series, this LED driver is widely used in a variety of applications.
