16-UFBGA, CSPBGA is available as a package.The Tape & Reel (TR) package includes this data acquisition unit.In order to maintain normal operation, a temperature of -30°C~85°C is recommended.This outstanding Controller gives you the right to receive what you paid.If you want to save space, mount this part through Surface Mount.As this unit is designed, if your meter does not read a voltage of 1.1V~5.5V, the circuit should be re-built.Total, there are 16 terminations that have been made.There are 1 functions here that are available for high performance for various applications.This unit accomplishes complicated tasks efficiently because it deploys 2 channels.3.3V is the common amount of voltage that should be applied to this data acquisition unit.ADCs/DACs has 0 pins when ADCs/DACs comes to pin count.Pins 16 are included in the unit.As a result of the Surface Mount technique, many cases of use became more feasible.A voltage exceeding 5.5V is prohibited for supply of the part.
