TC7MB3245CFT-EL(M) Overview
In order to conserve board space, digital switch is included in the 20-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width).The package is packaged in accordance with Tape & Reel (TR).Mounting is performed using Surface Mount.A digital IC Bus Switch is used as the analog component of the multiplexers.By keeping the operating temperature at -40°C~85°C, turn signal switch will not be affected by external factors.Using a 4V~5.5V supply voltage provides digital controlled switch's superior flexibility for designers.Multiplexers in the TC7MB series are suitable for a wide range of applications.You can also find related parts by using its logic switch base part number of 7MB3245.There is a type of supply of Single.It is configured with 20 pins.The mount is in Surface Mount.Signal switch operation at 85°C temperature is acceptable.The minimal operating temperature of the multiplexer should be maintained at -40°C.It is specified that the signal switches should operate at 5.5V as its maximum supply voltage.In compliance with the applicable device specification, the digital swith operates at a minimum supply voltage of 4V.
