For optimal performance, this voltage regulator uses the Cut Tape (CT) package. In this voltage regulator, there are 8 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHED CAPACITOR REGULATOR ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. The voltage regulator is configured with 1 outputs. There are output pins on this DC DC switching regulator that generate Fixed output. Switching regulators like this one can be mounted on the Surface Mount mounting system. Voltage regulators should be operated at -40°C~85°C TA temperature while operating. In this voltage regulator 12v, the switching frequency is 10kHz~35kHz. This voltage regulator is able to operate with the minimal input voltage of 1.5V.
