TC74ACT14P(F) Overview
The part can be shipped overseas conveniently because it is packaged in 14-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm). In order to provide high reliability, an advanced packaging method Tube is used. This logic works according to the Inverter principle. A voltage of 4.5V~5.5V is needed to ensure full function of the part. Operation at a temperature around -40°C~85°C.
