For greater flexibility, its 8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package is used.Tube represents the package.This device is equipped with 2 drivers for its configuration.It's mounted on the way to Through Hole.When the supply voltage is 4.5V~18V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.Gate type N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.Temperature range -40°C~125°C TA is allowed for this device.Mosfet driver uses Non-Inverting as Mosfet drivers input type.Mosfet driver contains a variety of related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number TC427.Devices are mounted by Through Hole.When designing, the device is configured with 8 pins.Mosfet driver is based on a basis of 2 outputs that have been integrated.There is a maximum acceptable operating temperature of 125°C.Operating temperatures must not exceed -40°C.The maximum power dissipation of 730mW shows its maximum capability to transfer and conduct power loss without overheating.Its maximum operating voltage is 16V.In order for it to operate, the supply voltage of 4.5V must be maintained.
