A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. There are 6 terminations in this voltage regulator. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHING REGULATOR ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. The harley voltage regulator is available as a SOT-89-5/6 package to save space. In this case, DC DC switching regulator has 1 outputs configured to it. This DC DC switching regulator generates Fixed output on its output pins. There is a switching regulator that is compatible with the Surface Mount mounting. -40°C~85°C TA should be the operating temperature when voltage regulator is operating. A DC-DC switching regulator of this type operates at a switching frequency of 100kHz. A dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 0.9V is required for this voltage regulator to operate.
