SY898530UTZ-TR Overview
48-TQFP case is available for the cut smart buffer. There is a case available for the circuit clock in Tape & Reel (TR). Under normal circumstances, 500MHz is the maximum value. If this is the case, it will be mounted as Surface Mount. There is a classification of Fanout Buffer (Distribution) for this electronic part. When the temperature is set to 0°C~70°C, reliable performance is ensured. The clock switch should operate with a voltage of 3.135V~3.465VV. It's in the way of Surface Mount. There is an output of LVPECL. In order for the timeing clock to operate, it is connected to the 48 pins. Basically, it belongs to the same family as the SY898530. To maintain reliability, it operates at a minimum working temperature of 0°C degrees Celsius. It is possible to achieve stable operation when the maximum operating temperature is set to 70°C. There is a default setting of output 32. A maximum supply voltage of 3.465VV can be handled by it. As low as possible, it can be worked with a source voltage of 3.135V, or as close to that as possible. In order to achieve maximum efficiency, the supply voltage should be kept at 3.3V.
