It is available in the case 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) for this cut smart buffer. Tape & Reel (TR) is the form in which it is packaged. It is recommended that the maximum value for normal operation is 3GHz. In this case, it is set up as Surface Mount.
