RF modulator operates at 2.5GHz~5GHz frequency.With the enhanced 28-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, this RF IC is excellent.Tray package is used to mount this RF modulator.On any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board, this RF modulator can be placed.RF module has 28 terminations built in for driving or receiving signals from data.An enhanced power dissipation control is provided by this 28-pin RF module.It operates with the RF switch IC's maximal operating temperature of 85°C to ensure its reliability.This RF switch IC should not operate at a temperature lower than -40°C.
