In this device, the DC current gain is 100 @ 500mA 2V, which is the ratio between the base current and the collector current.This design offers maximum flexibility with a collector emitter saturation voltage of 900mV.As a result of vce saturation, Ic reaches its maximum value (saturated), and vce saturation(Max) is 700mV @ 100mA, 3A.Keeping the emitter base voltage at 5V can result in a high level of efficiency.According to definition, current rating describes the maximum current a fuse can carry indefinitely without deteriorating too much, and this device has no current rating.Parts of this part have transition frequencies of 100MHz.Breakdown input voltage is 30V volts.In extreme cases, the collector current can be as low as 3A volts.
