It is a IC power that shares many benefits with other products from the Simple Reset/Power-On Reset line. There is a specification for the peak reflow temperature of the package to be 260. A supply voltage of 3.6V is used to conduct the PMIC chip. During operation, the power ic is supplied with a voltage of 1. The power management is mounted by a Surface Mount-axis.
