As you can see, this power management is mounted through 8 terminals. Packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR)-shape, IC management comes with a number of features. As specified in the package specification, the peak reflow temperature of the package is set at 260. When 3.6V is applied to the power ic, it conducts. When a supply voltage of 1 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. Power management is included in the Surface Mount mount. This power ic can be sub-categorized as Power Management Circuits. In total, it has 8 pins on IC management. 8 pins make up the power management. It is recommended that Vsup should not be less than 1V for this IC power. It is recommended that the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this IC power be no more than 5.5V volts. In this case, Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type. Temperature setting for the supervisors should be -40°C~85°C TA. During normal operation, this power managment ic can generate Push-Pull, Totem Pole of output voltage. The power management must be powered by 3.3/5V volts to function properly. Voltage supervisor can work with a supply temperature of 60μA at the most.
