As you can see, this power management is mounted through 8 terminals. Power management is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR) way. The purpose of this IC management is to provide you with a reference of 1 functions. This power managment ic consists of 1 channels, each of which can be used independently. There are 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. Compared to other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products, this PMIC has a lot of benefits to offer. There is a specification for the peak reflow temperature of the package to be 260. There is a voltage supply of 3V for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. IC management is possible to find a succession of 1 voltages that have been checked. Surface Mount mounts power management on the wall. It is possible to subcategorize this power ic as a Power Management Circuits chip. It has a total of 8 pins that are attached to IC management. There are 8 pins on the supervisor. It is recommended that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) for this IC management should not be less than 1V volts. Voltage (Vsup) shouldn't exceed 5.5V volts in this PMIC. The mounting type of the supervisors is Surface MountYou should set the supervisor's temperature during -40°C~85°C TA . While in operation, this supervisor has a voltage output of Push-Pull, Totem Pole. There is a supply current of 40μA for the power management. It is always advisable to use STM706, the base supervisor number, when searching for similar PMICs from the manufacturer. The power management must be powered by 3/5V volts to function properly. Voltage supervisor can work with a supply temperature of 60μA at the most.
