As specified in the package specification, the peak reflow temperature of the package is set at 260. IC management conducts at a voltage of 3V. When 1 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. The power management is mounted by Surface Mount. The power management system can be categorized as a Power Management Circuits chip. In total, it has 8 pins on IC management. This power management system has 8 pins. Normally, the supply voltage (Vsup) for this PMIC should not be lower than 1V. In this PMIC, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 5.5V volts. The recommended mounting type for IC management is Surface Mount. This range of temperature should be set for the supervisors: -40°C~85°C TA. There is an output voltage of Push-Pull, Totem Pole from this supervisor when it is operating. It is estimated that the voltage supervisor's supply current is 40μA.
