There are 6 terminals on this power management that allow it to be mounted. There is a Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging method applied to IC management. Specifies a reflow peak temperature of 260 for the package during reflow. There is a voltage supply of 3.3V for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. A supply voltage of 2 is used to conduct the PMIC chip. The power management is mounted by Surface Mount. Power Management Circuits is a subcategory of this PMIC chip. In total, the power management has 6 pins in it. Pin count of the power management is 6. Supply voltage (Vsup) should be at least 800mV for this power management. Voltage (Vsup) shouldn't exceed 5.5V volts in this PMIC. In this case, Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type. You should set the supervisor's temperature during -40°C~85°C TA . There is an output voltage of Push-Pull, Totem Pole from this supervisor when it is operating. Supplied with a operating current of 35μA, this PMIC is capable of fully function as specified.
