As specified in the package specification, the peak reflow temperature of the package is set at 260. When 1.8V is applied to the power ic, it conducts. Power ics operate at 4 supply voltages. The mount is attached to Surface Mount. A IC power such as this can be classified as a Power Management Circuits power management system. In total, the power management has 6 pins in it. This power management system has 6 pins. A voltage (Vsup) that doesn't fall below 2V as the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be applied to this IC power in order to ensure its proper operation. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this PMIC should not exceed 5.5V volts. In this case, Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type. You should set the supervisor's temperature during -40°C~85°C TA . Power management has an output of Open Drain or Open Collector during operation. A similar IC managements number of the manufacturer can always be found by using STM6710, the base power ics number. The power management can work with a maximum supply temperature of 50μA.
