STM32G081RBT6 Description
The high-performance Arm? Cortex?-M0+ 32-bit RISC processor of the STM32G081RBT6 mainstream microcontroller operates at up to 64 MHz frequency. They are appropriate for a wide range of applications in the consumer, industrial, and appliance domains and prepared for Internet of Things (IoT) solutions because of their high level of integration.
The devices include a memory protection unit (MPU), high-speed embedded memories (including 36 Kbytes of SRAM and 128 Kbytes of Flash program memory with reading, writing, proprietary code, and securable region), DMA, and a wide variety of system functions. A 12-bit ADC (2.5 MSps) with up to 19 channels, a 12-bit DAC with two channels, two fast comparators, an internal voltage reference buffer, a low-power RTC, an advanced control PWM timer operating at up to twice the CPU frequency, five general-purpose 16-bit DACs, and standard communication interfaces (two I2Cs, two SPIs/one I2S, one HDMI CEC, and four USARTs) are available on the devices.
a 32-bit general-purpose timer, two basic timers, two low-power 16-bit timers, two watchdog timers, and a SysTick timer are among the timers, one of which operates at up to twice the CPU frequency.
A USB Type-C Power Delivery controller is completely integrated into the STM32G081RBT6 chip. The gadgets incorporate a genuine random number generator and an AES hardware accelerator (RNG).
The gadgets function in temperatures between -40 and 125 °C. The design of low-power applications is made possible by their optimized dynamic consumption in conjunction with a wide range of power-saving modes, low-power timers, and low-power UART.
RTC and backup registers can be kept powered by VBAT direct battery input.
Packages for the devices range in size from 28 to 64 pins.
