There are 3 terminals on this power management that allow it to be mounted. Packaging is in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR). There is a specification for the peak reflow temperature of the package to be 260. IC management conducts in a 3.6V-voltage supply. A supply voltage of 1 is used to conduct the PMIC chip. Surface Mount mounts power management on the wall. This power ic can be sub-categorized as Power Management Circuits. In total, the power management has 3 pins in it. 3 pins are on the supervisor.
