STG5223QTR Overview


The electrical component comes in 10-UFQFN packaging, which makes it convenient to ship overseas. In order to provide high reliability, an advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used. It is mounted in the position Surface Mount. 2:1 is the ratio of multiplexer to demultiplexer circuits. Around -40°C~85°C TA is the extended operating temperature. A total of 10 terminations have been recorded. The electronic part provides high-quality output because it has 1 channels. Turning on and running the electrical part should be easy with a 3.3V voltage supply. It is injected into the electrical part body with 10 pins. Based on SPDT switching circuits, these analog multiplexers work. Use STG5223 to search for variants of the digital switches. This digital multiplexer has 500mOhm internal resistance. For functions related to 10 pins, please refer to the datasheets. This switch device is a typical Multiplexer or Switches. A voltage higher than 4.3V should not normally be supplied to the switches. Single supply type digital switch with a low cost. The lowest voltage fed to the electronic component should be 1.65V. This multiplexer would work with 50nA current. A voltage of 1.65V~4.3V is required for this switch device, which drains from a single voltage source. If put voltage greater than 50nA on the device, damage may be caused to the analogue multiplexer. In order to operate the 2 inputs, there are several steps to follow. A analog switch ics with 4 outputs is included.
