STG3699AUTR Overview
Shipping overseas is convenient with the electronic component packed in 16-UFQFN Exposed Pad. To ensure high reliability, a new packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used. Surface Mount is where this multiplexer is located. Multiplexers and demultiplexers have a ratio of 2:1. Around -55°C~125°C TA is the extended operating temperature. The total number of terminations is 16. Due to its 4 channels, the electrical component produces high-quality output. A 2.7V voltage supply should turn on and run the electronic component. It is injected into the electrical part body with 16 pins. Multiplexers built on a SPDT switching circuit are built. STG3699 can be used to search for analog multiplexer variants. The internal resistance of this digital multiplexer is 450mOhm. For functions related to 16 pins, please refer to the datasheets. There is Multiplexer or Switches analog multiplexer like this in the world. It is generally not recommended to supply a voltage higher than 4.3V to the switch device in normal circumstances. Digital switch that provides Single power at a cost-effective price. There should be 1.65V voltage fed to the electrical part below 1.65V. For this digital switch to work, 50nA current would suffice. A voltage of 1.65V~4.3V is required to drain this analog switch from a single voltage supply. When the digital multiplexer is charged above 50nA, damage can occur. Don’t miss additional features of the electronic component such as: 2-CHANNEL MUX/DEMUX. A analog switch ics with 8 outputs is included.
