STG3684ADTR Overview
Shipping overseas is convenient with the electronic component packed in 10-UFDFN Exposed Pad. This high-reliability packaging method uses advanced packaging methods Tape & Reel (TR). The multiplexer is located in Surface Mount. The ratio between the number of multiplexer and demultiplexer circuits is 2:1. The operating temperature is extended to around -40°C~85°C TA. In total, there are 10 terminations. A 1 channel electronic part produces high-quality output. If the voltage supply is 2.3V volts, the electrical component should be turned on and run. Analogue multiplexers of the Single supply type that are cost-effective. The lowest voltage the electronic part should receive is 1.65V. In order to operate this switch device, it would need a current of 50nA. A voltage of 1.65V~4.3V is required for this switch device, which drains from a single voltage source. If put voltage greater than 50nA on the device, damage may be caused to the analogue multiplexer. SEPARATE OUTPUT outputs are utilized by this digital multiplexer.
