SR2UARU Overview
Power management is mounted through 6 terminals. A Cut Tape (CT) package is used to package the power management. To assist you, this IC power includes 1 functions. There are a total of 1 channels on this supervisor, and they are arranged in a series. Please refer to power management for 6-UDFN functions. It is a IC power that shares many benefits with other products from the Reset Timer line. The supervisor is always powered by a 3V volt supply. Power ics operate at 1 supply voltages. The power management is mounted by Surface Mount. There are 6 pins on the supervisor. Normally, the supply voltage (Vsup) for this PMIC should not be lower than 1.65V. Voltage (Vsup) shouldn't exceed 5.5V volts in this PMIC. A Surface Mount mounting type is recommended. The supervisors should be set to the following temperature: -40°C~85°C TA. As this power managment ic operates, it is able to produce an output voltage of Open Drain or Open Collector. For similar manage ics search of the manufacturer, you can always refer to SR2, the base PMIC number. As you can see, this IC power comes from the well-known Smart Reset? series of products.
