Since the microprocessor is packed in 289-LFBGA, shipping overseas is convenient. High reliability can be achieved by using the advanced packaging method Tray. There are 1 Core 32-Bit cores per bus width on the CPU. Identify the operating temperature around -40°C~85°C TC. This is a member of the SPEAr? series. The CPU is cored with a ARM926EJ-S processor. It has LPDDR, DDR2 RAM controllers. This microprocessor has CAN, I2C, IrDA, Microwire, MMC/SDIO, SPI, UART interfaces to serve you better. I/O is run at 3.3V on this CPU. I would rate this as a MICROCONTROLLER, RISC for the uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs type. Use SPEAR320 when searching for variants of the embedded microprocessor. There are 289 terminations totally. You should be able to turn on and run the embedded microprocessor with a voltage supply of 1.2V. It is an architecture with 32 bits.
