SN74S51D Overview
14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. There is a Tube package included in this package as well. A version of Surface Mount is also available. Single-Ended output is fully functional. AND/OR/INVERT Gate logic is used in its communication. It is possible to extend the operating temperature at 0°C~70°C. There are 8 Input (2, 2, 2, 2) inputs in it. This is part of the 74S series, so it belongs to that family. Powered by 4.75V~5.25V, it runs on batteries. The part includes 14 terminations. Search 74S51 for more similar parts. A 14 pin joins it.
