6-XFBGA, DSBGA package. It is included in this package that the Tape & Reel (TR) package is also available. A version of Surface Mount is also available. There is full functionality in the Single-Ended output of this device. It uses the Configurable Multiple Function logic communication type. At -40°C~125°C, the operating temperature has been extended. A 3 input is included in it. In the 74LVC series, it is a product. In order to operate, it uses a 1.65V~5.5V power supply.
