SN74LV4046ANS Overview
Tube-method packaging is used for clock ICs. The 16-SOIC (0.209, 5.30mm Width) package includes this clock generator. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 16 terminations. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 3.6V is required. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be CMOS, TTL.
