The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. The 16-TFSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package includes this clock generator. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 260. There are 16 terminations found in this file. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 3.6V. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be CMOS, TTL.
