SN74HCT00DBRE4 Overview
The part comes in SSOP packaging, which makes it convenient to ship overseas. In order to provide high reliability, an advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used. In total, there are 14 terminations. There are 4 features that significantly enhance the user experience. As part of HCT, this chip is used. A total of 14 pins are injected into the part body. There are many applications for this logic device, mounted at Surface Mount. Please refer to the datasheets for 14 pins functions. In the quiescent state, the part has 2μA current flowing through it. This logic device is a typical Gates. The part bears a load capacitance of 50pF. There is an industry TR method included. As specified in datasheets, the part requires 5V power supplies. Operation involves 4 elements in total. It is specified in the operating instructions of the chip that the operating voltage will be 5V volts. When the device is operating in a temperature environment higher than that of 85°C, it should be turned off. According to test statistics, the minimal operating temeprature of the part would be -40°C. A voltage higher than 5.5V should not be supplied to the device in normalcircumstances. 4.5V is the lowest voltage that should be fed to the part. Parts with 2 input lines perform better. There is 4mA output current rated.
