SN74HC4066DR Overview
Presented in 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width), this electrical component is convenient for overseas shipping. High reliability is ensured by the advanced packaging method Cut Tape (CT). Mounted in Surface Mount is this multiplexer. There is 1:1 ratio between the number of multiplexers and demultiplexers. Temperatures around -40°C~85°C TA are extended for operation. There are 14 terminations totally. By its 4 channels, the electronic component provides high-quality output. It is safe to turn on and run the electronic component with a 4.5V voltage supply. There is an electrical component included in the 14 series. A SPST - NO switching circuit is used to build these analog multiplexers. Try searching with 74HC4066 to find analog multiplexer variants. There is 85Ohm internal resistance in this digital multiplexer. For details about the functions of 14 pins, please refer to the datasheets. A analogue multiplexer of this type is a Multiplexer or Switches. It is generally not recommended to supply a voltage higher than 6V to the switch device in normal circumstances. Analog switch ics with Single supply type are cost-effective. A low voltage of 2V should be applied to the electronic component. This multiplexer would work with 2μA current. An analogue multiplexer drains from a single voltage supply at 2V~6V. A digital multiplexer may suffer damage if voltage is applied above 2μA. It can operate from 5V operating voltages. The data can be transferred over a wide range of bandwidths, called 30MHz bandwidths.
