SI8252-IMR Overview
Package Tape & Reel (TR) contains it. In order to save space, it comes in the 28-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. Surface Mount specifies how it should be mounted. A temperature of -40°C~125°C should be maintained when the device is functioning. As a result of its exceptional performance, it is an excellent choice for Digital Power Controller. High efficiency can be achieved thanks to the 2.25V~2.75V supply voltage. There have been a total of 28 terminations for this system. In total, it consists of 28 pins. Using the SI825 base part number, you can find comparable components. The 2.5V supply voltage allows high efficiency.
