In order to save space, this harley voltage regulator is available in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. There are 1 outputs configured on this voltage regulator 12v. This DC DC switching regulator generates Fixed output on its output pins. This switching regulator is designed to fit the Surface Mount mounting system. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~85°C TA when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. A DC-DC switching regulator of this type operates at a switching frequency of 10kHz. Regulator 4.5V can operate with dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage 4.5V. The adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is -Vin 2Vin. Featuring a maximum design flexibility of 20mA, dc to dc voltage regulator has a maximum output current of 20mA. 20V volts is DC DC switching regulator's maximum input voltage. With its peak reflow temperature of 260, this voltage regulator is essentially indestructible.
