Saving board space is achieved with the 38-VFQFN Exposed Pad package.To pack telecommunications equipment, the way of Tube is used.A Surface Mount mounting type is used.A 1 circuit is the heart of this telecom IC .Improved efficiency can be ensured when the supply voltage of 3.13V~5.25V is provided.0°C~70°C is a temperature setting that is reliable when telecom switching comes to performance.A Surface Mount-axis mount is used.The 38 pins on this interface are used for telecom.The SI3215 base part number can be used to find more related parts.There is a supply current of 88mA for telecom equipment to operate on.To offer designers much flexibility, it is powered by 5V voltage.Telecom product operates with 88mA's supply current to give designers a lot of flexibility.With the ProSLIC? series electronic parts, it can provide a lot of similar features.Ensure normal operation by setting the temperature to 0°C minimum.Ensure normal operation by setting the temperature to the maximum value of 70°C.There should at least be 3.13V voltage supplied.The voltage supplied should be lower than 5.25V.1 channels are used to achieve its superior flexibility.
