SC508AULTRT Overview
This switching controller fits most application requirements since it is packaged in a 20-UFQFN Exposed Pad package. 1 outputs can be generated with the dc motor controller. Tape & Reel (TR) is the solid enclosure in which PMIC is packaged. The program can handle Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). dc control's supply and operating voltages are 4.5V~46V. Qualified to work in a -40°C~125°C TJ dc switcher. The switching controller is capable of switching at the Up to 1MHz position. The Surface Mount value makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. The dcdc regulator features Current Limit, Enable, On Time Control, Power Good, Soft Start for efficient switching control. Connected to a SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC, the switch converters are connected to a power supply. The switching converters's terminal (s) are designed at QUAD . A variety of dc switching's functions can be performed on 20 terminations. This dc dc converter ic uses a variety of control techniques, including PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. There is a DC switcher's nominal voltage of 12V. Other relevant dc to dc converter ics will be returned if you search "SC508". The switching converter has a total of 20 pins.
