Capsuled in the 14-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package, the switching controller can be used for a wide range of applications. dc motor controller is suitable for 1 output generation. Tape & Reel (TR) is the solid enclosure in which PMIC is packaged. With this function, you can deal with Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). A 4.4V~12.6V voltage is supplied to the dc control and used for operating it. Work well in dc switchers with a 0°C~70°C TA. To provide efficient switching control, Current Limit, Enable, Phase Control, Soft Start is included in the dcdc regulator.
