A RMS current describes the average strength of a current, disregarding its direction, and its RMS current (Irms) is 8A.Keeping the RMS on-state current under 8A is important for normal operation of the device.Repetitive reverse voltage (Vrrm) is the maximum voltage a diode can withstand while operating in reverse-bias mode, and this device's maximal repetitive reverse voltage (Vrrm) is 600V.Electrical, electromagnetic, and electronic devices require a holding current (hypostatic) to remain in the 'ON' state, and the current may be 8mA.Forward voltage refers to how much voltage is needed to make a diode flow current, and this thyristor has 1.6V.In order to determine the effectiveness of insulation on conductors, leakage current can be measured and its maximum leakage current can be set as 0.1mA.
