In the TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. This dc motor controller can be used to generate outputs with 1 numbers. The pmic is packaged in Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure. A total of Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs can be handled by it. dc controls with 0.9V~10V voltage are supplied and operated. Qualified to work in a -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher. With this switching controller, you can switch at 100kHz. It is suitable for general dc dc regulator when it is set to Surface Mount. SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC connects the switch converters. Terminal (s) of the switching converters are designed at the DUAL position. 3 terminations with various dc switching's functions. The control methods that these dc dc converter ics use include PULSE FREQUENCY MODULATION. The test statistics indicate that DC regulator outputs a voltage of 3V. A maximum value of 0.3A is output for current.
