RXEF030 Overview
Radial packages are used for PTC thermistors to prevent the devices from being damaged. Packaged in the Bulk, these PTC thermistors are safe to handle. For PTC thermistors, the minimum operating temperature should be -40°C. The operating temperature of this thermistor must not exceed 85°C. PTC thermistors have 2 terminations. As they operate, the PTC thermistors supply a voltage of 72V. These PTC thermistors are designed to operate at 300mA current. In the DC circuit, the voltage for which these thermistors have been rated is 72V. A PTC thermistor should produce an amount of heat equal to 490mW. It is recommended that the current flowing through PTC thermistors should not exceed 40A.
