Gate drivers provides greater flexibilGate driversy to use the 24-WQFN Exposed Pad package.The packaging method is indicated by Tape & Reel (TR).A total of 6 drivers are integrated into its configuration.Its recommended mounting way is Surface Mount.In the absence of a 4.5V~13.2V supply voltage, its superiority can be demonstrated.Gate type N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.For this device, the temperature range is -40°C~125°C TJ.A type of Inverting, Non-Inverting is used for input in this program.The configuration is based on 24 terminations.Mosfet driver is mounted using the Surface Mount method.There are 24 pins available in the device.In order to operate, a voltage of 12V has to be applied.Its subcategory of MOSFET Drivers contains various useful electronic components.The high-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) can be up to 15V.Due to its 12V power supply, it can solve power supply problems for an array of diverse applications.
