Capsuled in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller suits most application needs. For outputs of 1, this dc motor controller is suitable. Packaging for the pmic consists of Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosures. With Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s), it is able to handle it. A 7.3V~13.5V voltage is supplied to the dc control and used for operating it. Suitable for working in an dc switcher that has a 0°C~70°C TA. The switching controller can be switched at 200kHz~500kHz. dc dc regulator can be generalized using Surface Mount. For efficient switching control, the dcdc regulator features Enable, Phase Control.
