RT9612BGS Overview
It comes in a 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, so switching controller can be used for most applications. dc motor controller is suitable for 1 output generation. Cut Tape (CT) solid enclosure protects the pmic. The system can process Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). This dc control operates at 4.5V~13.5V and has a 4.5V~13.5V supply voltage. Qualified to work in an dc switcher with -40°C~85°C TA. The switching controller can be switched at 500kHz. The Surface Mount makes it ideal for general dc dc regulator. Phase Control is used for efficient switching control in the dcdc regulator. Terminal (s) of the switching converters are designed at the DUAL position. 8 terminations with various dc switching's functions. Switching converter has a total of 8 pins. Particularly, switching converter is a type of MOSFET Drivers. A supply voltage of 12V is required.
