To save space on the board, it has a 10-UFBGA, WLCSP package. As part of the design of this LED driver, there are 2 outputs that have been used.In this case, mounting method is Surface Mount.It emergys as a DC DC Regulator with high efficiency and reliable performance.At -40°C~85°C TA, the led driver is capable of operating.Backlight has significant advantages.It operates on the basis of the frequency of 1.1MHz.With 10 pins at the base, this LED driver has a base configuration.In the absence of a voltage supply of at least 2.5V, undetermined failures may occur.Surface Mount is mounted on it.It is acceptable to operate with a supply voltage of 5.5V.This device is optimized to deliver a maximum voltage level of 5.5V.As its minimal input voltage, it operates at a voltage of 2.5V.There is 5.5V maximum value for supply current.Temperatures should not exceed 85°C in order to ensure stable operation.Maintaining a temperature above -40°C is essential for stabilizing operation.The electronic component can fully perform its functions if the switching frequency is maintained at 1.1MHz.
