QSE773 Overview
It is important to note that these photodiodes are packaged in Bulk to prevent damage. The photodiodes are put into Radial, Side View packages for safety protection. A reverse-bias photodiode shouldn't exceed 32V continuously in reverse-bias mode. Photodiodes have pins 2. There is a possibility that the photodiodes could release 150mW heat within the circuit. A reverse anode voltage of 32V should be applied to the photodiodes. A circuit should experience a maximum heat release of 150mW when photodiodes are used. With the reverse voltage of 32V, the photodiodes can operate properly. The photodiode operates at 30nA current even in the absence of light input.
