There is a case option of 48-TQFP available for this clock divider. It is available in the case Tray. For normal operation, 500MHz is the maximum value. It has 48 terminations. With a supply voltage of 3.3V, high efficiency is possible. If this is the case, it will be mounted as Surface Mount.
