PI3CH401LEX Overview
In order to save board space, digital switch is located in the 14-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width).The package is in the form of Tape & Reel (TR).In terms of mounting, digital switch ic uses the Surface Mount method .In the multiplexers, the analog IC is indicated by Bus Switch.By maintaining the operating temperature at -40°C~85°C, turn signal switch will not be affected by external factors.Designers have greater flexibility using digital controlled switch when it works with 2.25V~3.6V voltage.This configuration includes 16 terminations as part of its basic functionality.The multiplexer's system is powered by 2.5V volts.It employs GULL WING as the point at which conductors come to an end.The logic switch belongs to the family of CB3Q/3VH/3C/2B.In this signal multiplexer, there are 1 bits that are provided.To prevent unnecessary failures, it is recommended that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) remain at 2.25V.It is advisable that the maximal supply voltage (Vsup) remains at 2.75V to avoid some unnecessary failures.The resistance is 2.It operates with a resistance of 7Ohm.Additionally, ALSO OPERATES AT 3.3V SUPPLY provides improved characteristics.
