PDB-V103 Overview
To prevent damage, the photodiodes are packaged in a Bulk. The photodiodes are put into TO-46-2 Metal Can packages for safety protection. It is considered that the maximum voltage the photodiodes can withstand in reverse-bias mode is 75V. When reverse-biased, the photodiodes should not continually exceed 75V. In the absence of light input, the photodiode exhibits a current of 50pA.
