PCM5310PAP Overview
It is supplied in the 64-PowerTQFP package for the purpose of space saving. We have adopted the packaging method of Tray. In numerous applications, this electronic part can deliver high-efficiency performance as a type of Audio. As a mounting type, it uses Surface Mount. A performance setting of -25°C~85°C allows it to operate normally. In addition, it is equipped with 4 / 4 ADCs and DACs. In the analog circuit, the supply voltage is 3V~3.6V. 3V~3.6V is the supply voltage for the digital circuit. There are 64 terminations used to prevent signals from reflecting off the end of the transmission line. This is a 64-pin electronic device. The pins are configured as 64. Its base part number PCM5310 can be used to find more parts like it. It is recommended to maintain the maximum supply voltage at 9.45V. At a minimum, the voltage should be kept at 3V. A voltage of 3.3V is required to operate the device. When the supply voltage is 3.6V, it can operate. In order to convert digital signals into analog signals, there are 2 D/A converters. It is designed with 4 channels for data transmission. The normal electrical current of 6μA that is expected to flow through the circuit at any given time.
