In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tray package is used. The 32-LQFP package embeds this Clock PLL. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 240. It contains 32 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. The supply voltage of 3.3V allows for high efficiency. Crystal is designed as this clock generator's input. 1 circuits are used to achieve clock PLL's superior flexibility. An up to 400MHz frequency is provided by this clock-based RF synthesizer. Due to the Surface Mount-shape, this electronic component can be conveniently installed on the panel. There are 3.135V~3.465V different supply voltages that can be provided for this RF synthesizer.
