P3MS650103H-4CR Overview
As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. The 4-WFDFN package embeds this Clock PLL. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED under reflowing conditions. It contains 4 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 1.8V is required. As the Clock PLL's input, LVCMOS is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. The frequency generator has a maximum frequency of 60MHz. Due to the Surface Mount-shape, this electronic component can be conveniently installed on the panel. The maximal supply voltage this clock generator would take is 2V. There are 1.6V~3.6V available for use with this clock PLL. The temperature should be set at -20°C~85°C to ensure reliable performance.
